What Jannatin Naim is focused on right now
Jannatin Naim is currently the Lead Developer at Yokai Works, where he leads the architecture and engineering of Faze (faze.fun), a live token launchpad on Arc that combines launch, bonding-curve liquidity, and secondary trading in one place, and owns the real-time multi-chain indexer and API behind it, processing 1,000+ on-chain events per second across EVM mainnet, Base, Abstract, Robinhood, Solana, and Sui. Alongside it he is building Metatron, the pre-launch spiritual successor to Titanium Games: a Web3 gaming and distribution platform that ships first-party titles, enables third-party studios to publish, and unifies shared authentication, an on-chain USDC payment gateway with Stripe fiat deposits, and play-to-earn rewards.
He is also Co-founder and Principal Engineer at RixoTech, a full-service digital studio covering software, marketing, video, design, cloud, and AI, and since September 2026 a Software Engineer at StepUp, a Dhaka software agency, where he owns system design across the product portfolio (architecture, data models, service boundaries), decomposes designs into agent-executable specifications, and directs AI coding agents through delivery while keeping review, correctness, and integration accountability. The product work lives in one pnpm and Turborepo monorepo of a dozen services (a CRM rewrite, a B2B wholesale marketplace, live broadcast, a Meta and WhatsApp inbox, telephony) built on Hono, Next.js, Drizzle, Postgres, Redis, and BullMQ and deployed to Railway. He joined StepUp in July 2026 as a QA engineer on Boneek, a multi-tenant e-commerce OS, and owns its production fleet: 30 servers on one private VPC running 22 applications and 11 databases behind self-hosted Coolify, with Traefik, PgBouncer, streaming Postgres replicas, a Grafana observability stack, and Cloudflare in front. He load-tested production to a 1,200 page views per second ceiling, then right-sized the fleet from 46 VMs to 31 and from 376 vCPU to 112 against a measured peak of 66 page views per second. A concluded contract at Varpa Labs (April–June 2026) had him on infrastructure and deployment for CareVue, an AI-augmented care-home management platform that is still pre-launch, and as systems advisor and auditor for EnterTheLoop, a clinical AI workforce platform placing UK medical professionals into frontier AI lab work.
He is also learning C# in earnest, going deep through the language and toolkit rather than just enough to ship; hand-building this very website as a craft exercise; and continuing to take on the occasional 1:1 mentee.
